The BARID™ Heat Protection Mat is designed to provide an additional layer of surface protection against brief, accidental contact with hot charcoal and embers. Lightweight, reusable, and portable.
- Aluminized fiberglass material
- Medium 36-inch and Large 48-inch sizes
- For appropriate indoor and outdoor settings
Important Safety Information
Not fireproof. Does not prevent fires, burns, injuries, or property damage. Never intentionally place hot charcoal or embers on the mat. If charcoal falls accidentally, retrieve it immediately using appropriate heat-resistant tools. The recommended retrieval window is 8–10 seconds, but this is not a guaranteed safe exposure time; damage may occur sooner depending on conditions and the surface beneath. Inspect the mat and surroundings for embers and damage. Never leave heat sources unattended.
Packaging Update
Some orders may arrive in packaging featuring our previous branding during the BARID™ rebrand. The product inside remains the same.
